Refund policy

AtΒ Select it, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund policy.

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase:

1. Defective Items Only

Returns or exchanges are exclusively permitted in the event that the perfume bottle itself is defective (e.g., a broken spray mechanism or a leaking bottle upon arrival). We do not accept returns based on scent preference or "change of mind."

2. 48-Hour Notification Window

If you receive a defective bottle, you must notify the Select it team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • To report a defect, please contact us via email on selectitperfumes@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the defect.

  • Claims made after the 48-hour window has passed will unfortunately not be eligible for consideration.

3. No Refunds

Select it does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. If a defect is verified by our team within the 48-hour window, we will provide an exchange for the same scent (subject to availability) or a replacement of equal value.

4. Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging. Select it reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of intentional damage or excessive use.

5. Shipping for Returns

Our team will coordinate with you regarding the pickup of the defective item and the delivery of your replacement.
