1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our scent descriptions and imagery. However, Select it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or the "2 for $16" and Wholesale offers) at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Select it. Since we primarily use Cash on Delivery (COD), providing a valid phone number and delivery address is mandatory. Failure to provide reachable contact information may result in the cancellation of your order.

4. Order Cancellations

Select it reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. This may happen due to limited stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection team. If we cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the phone number provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The Select it name, logo, website design, and all content (including "inspired by" descriptions) are the property of Select it. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Select it shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from the use of our perfumes. We provide a full list of scents, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are not sensitive to perfume oils. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
