1. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can expect your Select it package to arrive within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or due to external logistics conditions within Lebanon.

2. Shipping Rates

• Retail Orders: We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all retail orders (standard bundles). What you see is what you pay—no hidden shipping costs at checkout for our retail customers.

• Wholesale Orders: For bulk purchases (10 bottles or more), shipping is calculated at checkout. This allows us to provide you with the best possible wholesale price per bottle while ensuring a reliable delivery service for larger volumes.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Since we primarily operate via Cash on Delivery (COD), a member of the Select it team or our courier partner may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your location and availability before the driver arrives. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct.

4. Delivery Areas

Select it currently provides shipping to all accessible regions across Lebanon. If you are in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.
